Hace poco tuve el placer de llevar a un grupo de estudiantes a la Escuela de Idiomas del Chelmsford Writtle University College, y nuestra experiencia fue extraordinaria. Estos son algunos de los aspectos más destacados de nuestra estancia en la escuela de verano:

Campus e instalaciones

El campus del Writtle University College es impresionante, rodeado de una hermosa campiña que proporcionó un entorno sereno e inspirador para nuestros estudios. Las instalaciones son de primera categoría, con modernas aulas equipadas con la última tecnología, cómodos dormitorios y muchas zonas de recreo. Los estudiantes disfrutaron especialmente de los bien cuidados campos de deportes y de la cafetería del campus, que ofrecía una gran variedad de deliciosas comidas y tentempiés.

This must be Cambridge’s most central English language school - next to the famous Round Church, opposite St John’s College and a short walk from King’s College Chapel.
It’s family-run; friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff are always happy to help. A wide range of English programmes are on offer, including their ever-popular International Summer School which is always over-subscribed! Adults, children and families are all welcome.
School premises within the prestigious Cambridge Union Society (est. 1815) are worth a visit if only to soak up the true ‘Cambridge’ atmosphere.

Such a great school! I was there in January and, retrospectively, I can say that I improved a lot in just one month. Funny and professional teachers, a vibrant international environment. Moreover, Cambridge is a tiny city, pleasantly walkable. Just go for it!

it is a very fun school with a good approach to teaching! The teachers are fun and you really learn a lot! Both inside and out, chat with your classmates and you'll get great results! there is also an internal canteen at a good price.

My 14-year-old child had a holiday from 25 June 2023. Accommodation, food, sea within walking distance and swimming pool - everything was delightful. Teachers, classes were also at a high level. Excursions are interesting. The child was satisfied and said that he would go again next year.

Good supervision, security organised to a high standard, awareness of the children, there are also educational programmes, the children loved it!

I couldn't have asked for a better summer program for my daughter. The Royal Hospital School provided her with a fantastic learning experience and a lot of fun activities. She loved the classes and her teachers and made a lot of friends from all over the world. The school facilities were great, with modern classrooms and a beautiful campus. The excursions were a highlight for her, as she got to explore nearby towns and cities, including London. I was impressed with the school's commitment to safety and well-being and felt confident that my daughter was in good hands. Overall, I highly recommend the Royal Hospital School summer program.

Pasamos una semana con un grupo de 20 estudiantes de Polonia en Irish College of English en Malahide. Fueron 7 días increíbles con profesores muy profesionales, extremadamente agradables y muy serviciales y el resto del personal administrativo. Los niños quedaron encantados y nos dijeron que ya se pueden sentir mucho más cómodos usando el idioma y que era una gran ventaja en un entorno muy agradable. Las familias anfitrionas organizadas por la escuela estaban bien preparadas y cuidaron a todos nuestros estudiantes con amor y paciencia. Puedo recomendar esta escuela y seguro que no fue la última vez que pasamos tiempo allí. ¡Hay más grupos por venir!

¡Fue un verano increíble! Había gente amable alrededor, ¡estudié en una excelente universidad! Mi inglés quiere lo mejor y, al llegar, tenía mucho miedo de que en algunas situaciones no pudiera explicarme y no pudiera entender. Pero todo el personal, todos los maestros e incluso los miembros de mi familia anfitriona me explicaron con palabras, con los dedos, con gestos, en general, ¡lo principal es que entiendo! La primera semana fui con un diccionario en el bolsillo, traté de comunicarme con la gente y lo más agradable que hice! Lo que más me llamó la atención fue que, literalmente, después de una semana y media, me sentía bastante cómodo hablando inglés. Para ser honesto, ¡no quería irme en absoluto! ¡Pero espero visitar este maravilloso país más de una vez! ¡Gracias a todos!

3 cursos de verano me proporcionaron un conocimiento tan fantástico que pude leer y estudiar literatura científica sin necesidad de más formación en idiomas o vocabulario cuando empecé en la facultad de medicina. Esto es algo que el dinero simplemente no puede comprar. El entrenamiento de conversación fue lo que más me gustó durante los días de 8 horas como estudiante y todavía hoy disfruto hablando con mis colegas en inglés, aunque descubrí que hay cientos de formas de hablar inglés. Veo que mantiene los altos estándares y me gustaría felicitarlo por 50 años de excelente educación en idioma inglés.
Me gustaría agradecerles una vez más, Melton College, me ayudaron a amar su idioma aún hoy. Solo puedo recomendar su escuela a cualquier alumno o padre que busque un buen lugar para que sus hijos aprendan inglés. Si tuviera hijos, este sería el lugar para ir.

This is my second trip to England, but I can say with confidence that this is one of the best trips. The campus area is very large with lots of greenery. Staff are very responsive and always ready to help. The lessons are very interesting thanks to the teachers who tell the material in a very accessible way and try to interest us. The food is certainly not a Michelin star restaurant, but for 13 days it will do. The rooms are very comfortable. There are 2 so-called apartments per floor, with 5 to 7 rooms per person. There is also a kitchen, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Thank you very much to our mother duck) Elina. Very cheerful and energetic group leader. Our trip was very interesting. On the campus, in addition to us, there were a lot of Italians and Spaniards, Turks.

I liked everything very much! Ireland is a wonderful country, and I do not regret that I went there, and not, for example, to the very same England. The campus is very big and beautiful! The rooms are very good, very comfortable bed, everything is as it should be, but the only thing is that the shower did not always work. Sometimes the cold water just turned off and boiling water came out. And so everything is very good. The training is also good, but sometimes it was boring. All teachers are very good and understanding. Nobody shouts if you don't understand something. It's hard to say about extracurricular activities. In most cases, they were interesting, such as magic tricks, Irish dancing, juggling, movies and more. Excursions to the city were amazing, all without exception. I think the price really matches the quality.

La formazione è stata suddivisa in 2 gruppi (a seconda del livello di conoscenza) con madrelingua americani.
A causa delle condizioni meteorologiche, abbiamo cambiato l'escursione su uno yacht in una master class in una scuola di cucina.
Inoltre, abbiamo tenuto un club inglese in caso di pioggia in modo che i bambini non si annoiassero in albergo.
E sulla via del ritorno, gli studenti sono stati portati personalmente all'aeroporto dal preside, il signor Harun!

È stata una buona esperienza per me. L'istruzione e la sistemazione erano fantastici. Ci sarà presto di nuovo! Ci sono molte attività a cui puoi partecipare nel centro della città, che sono davvero divertenti. La gente del posto può capirti, cosa amo davvero.

1. Il direttore accademico Anastasia è solo oro! Qualsiasi problema è stato risolto in pochi secondi. E di conseguenza, l'intero processo educativo è stato organizzato a livello!

2. Il cibo è gustoso e vario fino al servizio di piatti locali (le porzioni erano enormi). C'erano sempre verdure e olive a un tavolo separato. E poi frutta a pranzo e cena, dolci golosi a cena. Il buffet è quasi un hotel a 4 stelle.

Sistemazione: 10/10 - nuovo campus, ogni camera è dotata di servizi igienici e doccia, aria condizionata. Buona cucina nel blocco. Ogni tre giorni puliscono e forniscono gli asciugamani.

Cibo: 9/10 - nutrito molto e vario, sempre frutta e verdura. L'unico aspetto negativo: la colazione consisteva sempre in toast e, se sei fortunato, formaggio e salsiccia.

Studio: 8/10 - Le lezioni sono state interessanti, ai bambini sono stati dati progetti da completare, si sono svolti dibattiti e concorsi. Gruppi diversi avevano insegnanti diversi.

Ottimo centro della lingua inglese, insegnanti attenti, peccato che il tempo fosse solo di due settimane di vacanza. Gli studenti sono persone interessanti di età diverse provenienti da paesi diversi. Volevo parlare con tutti e conoscerci. L'atmosfera è molto amichevole!

Ho soggiornato al Kentish Town Stay Clubs Posso dire onestamente che non c'è posto migliore dove stare. Lo Stay Club non mi ha solo aiutato a fare nuove amicizie dopo essermi trasferito in una nuova città, ma mi ha anche fornito uno spazio che lo faceva sentire come a casa. Le installazioni e le aree comuni sono incredibili e il personale che lavora alla reception è sempre pronto ad aiutarti con qualsiasi problema che potrebbe sorgere durante il tuo soggiorno. Porterò con me tutte le esperienze, i ricordi e gli amici indimenticabili e imbattibili!

L'atmosfera generale del luogo ti rende entusiasta di vivere nell'edificio. A partire dall'accogliente area comune dove gustare qualcosa di sfizioso dalla caffetteria, alle aree studio, alla palestra attrezzata e, infine, agli studi dal design curato. Inoltre, ero entusiasta di scoprire tutti gli sconti per i partner che hanno, su Instagram o sul giornale The Stay Club. Con il mercato di Camden nelle vicinanze, ho potuto beneficiare di esperienze straordinarie a un prezzo scontato. Questo è stato un vero toccasana, poiché ogni centesimo conta!

The excursions as well as menu were always submitted to the tutors opinion and approval. There was much concern about food, taking into consideration the students' needs, age and tastes. It is known that Italian young people are a little choosy about food, but the operators were able to satisfy them. These three weeks spent in London with Katherine and King's College staff has been constructive not only for the students but for the Filangieri tutors and the College staff as well because we had the chance to compare our cultures, our methods of teaching and doing things, and each of us has grown his experience. What we liked most has been the friendship, the high esteem and respect that has been established between us, which we think and hope will continue in the future.

15 high school students arrived to London from Calabria (Italy) to take part in summer course. Since our arrival Catherine and King's College staff has been kind and willing to help us and made sure that our stay in London was comfortable. On October 27 the students began their English course which consisted of a placement test, four hour lessons from Monday, to Friday, for three weeks, with mother tongue English teachers, a final test and the achievement of a certificate (all the students have reached a 131 level as required by the project). The director and the teachers were competent and oruanized the didactic work very well. The lessons were interesting and the students approached the learning with interest and enthusiasm.

A group of our school children arrived to KKCL, it was a group of 43 children attending our primary school, aged 10 - 18, accompanied by four adults. Most of them visited London for the very first time. They have been accomodated in families that have been very helpful, even with driving the children to school and back. The children spent three days at the KKCL school, three hours a day. In their spare time the children had the opportunity to get to know London and it's surroundings. The KKCL school left nothing to chance and organized everything to the last detail, including the children's night arrival. The local teachers had an entertaining education methods and our children were delighted. They even enjoyed the canteen meals a lot. The children left London with unforgettable experiences and they all hope it was not their last visit to KKCL.

Grazie mille per il viaggio! Ci siamo davvero divertiti! Grande campus verde. C'è dove lasciare con calma i bambini a fare una passeggiata. Tutto è verde, fontane nel campus.

L'allenamento è andato bene. Diviso per livelli. Ha coinciso con il modo in cui li divido nella mia scuola. Le classi erano internazionali, a luglio c'erano molti gruppi da tutti i paesi.

Organizzano le attività meravigliosamente, i bambini sono sempre occupati, scattiamo le foto dei bambini, poi li sceglieremo e li manderemo. La città è molto bella, le lezioni di oggi sono piaciute ai bambini.

Este verano del mes de julio pasamos un tiempo en Lal New York, donde lo disfrutamos mucho. El territorio del campamento me sorprendió con su escala y esplendor. La nutrición y las condiciones de los niños se pueden valorar en 5. En cuanto al aprendizaje, hay algunos comentarios: los niños inicialmente no se distribuyeron según los niveles, por eso, luego se redistribuyeron. Los niños vivían juntos.
El programa de excursiones fue rico e informativo. En general, me gustó el campamento, vamos a visitar Berkamsted el año que viene. Esperamos una gran estadía !!!

Vorrei esprimere la mia profonda gratitudine alla scuola di lingue LAL per una vacanza organizzata in modo superbo per i nostri bambini. Vorrei notare separatamente come è organizzato il trasferimento in aeroporto (tutto è in modalità normale, senza intoppi). I ragazzi sono rimasti molto colpiti dalla scuola Winchester. Zona bellissima, ben curata, incredibilmente pulita - con campo da tennis, campo da calcio, piscina. Insegnanti eccellenti, genitori meravigliosi di House.
