Cancellation policy

If canceled at least two weeks in advance, you will be refunded the amount paid except for:

- Travel Class services for booking 55 EUR;

- ticket refunds are made according to the airline's rules (unless otherwise requested, tickets are purchased by default at the most favorable, usually non-refundable fare).

If canceled less than two weeks before the start of the program, additionally will be taken:

- the first week of the Program at the School;

- additional services (medical insurance, meeting at the airport, additional excursions), if they have already been ordered.

¿Es necesario tener un nivel mínimo de inglés?

No, el primer día se realizará una prueba de nivel para ubicar al estudiante en la clase más adecuada, tomando en cuenta sus habilidades y conocimientos previos.

How is the transfer to school arranged?

1. Parents check in their child for the flight. Airlines usually allow independent flights from the age of 12. You can order an escort service for a minor (100-150 euros) so that an airport employee accompanies the child at the airport.

2. If you book a transfer, the child will be met at the airport by a school representative with a sign with the student's name.

Is the flight ticket included in the price?

Yes, flight tickets from Spain and Italy are included.

El centre compta amb excel·lents instal·lacions esportives i aules, així com fantàstiques instal·lacions per a activitats nocturnes. Si busqueu una experiència a Londres amb un gran programa d'excursions, Brunel és per a vosaltres. Amb les dues excursions setmanals de dia complet i mig dia, els estudiants tindran l'oportunitat d'anar quatre vegades a Londres, visitar Royal Windsor i Oxford tot en una estada de dues setmanes.
