The PLUS Centre is located on the campus of Drew University, also known as the “University in the Forest” for its beautiful forested campus. The secured campus is picturesque and includes architecturally historical buildings with modern spaces, including a recently renovated and spacious dining hall. It boasts state-of-the-art athletic, theatre, and multipurpose activity spaces, all easily walkable from the dormitories.
The PLUS Centre at Drew University allows students the opportunity to experience life in a small, harming college town with easy access to Manhattan, both by train and bus. Madison, New Jersey, which is home to a few other colleges besides Drew, is known for its friendly small college town vibe and quaint streets— even serving as the setting for several small towns in movies and TV shows. Drew University’s location is easily walkable to downtown Madison, which has several shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and a train station with frequent trains to New York City. The PLUS Centre at Drew offers a safe, suburban environment for students to enjoy with quick access to the Big Apple.
In their free time they explore New York City by walking through Central Park, visiting a contemporary art gallery, riding the amusement rides at Coney Island and visiting the 9/11 memorial. Schoolchildren will also stroll through local markets and be part of a Netflix festival. The Experience includes a 2-day weekend in Washington DC, staying at a hotel with two meals a day. The campers will travel in the school's private vehicles for the duration of their excursion. In the evenings children opt for karaoke, games and discos.

The English programme is 15 hours a week. Prior to arrival, students take an online test to determine their language level and are divided into groups of no more than 15 students per class based on the results. In the lessons the students learn grammar and vocabulary of the language and develop confidence for everyday use of English. All levels are available.
