Hace poco tuve el placer de llevar a un grupo de estudiantes a la Escuela de Idiomas del Chelmsford Writtle University College, y nuestra experiencia fue extraordinaria. Estos son algunos de los aspectos más destacados de nuestra estancia en la escuela de verano:

Campus e instalaciones

El campus del Writtle University College es impresionante, rodeado de una hermosa campiña que proporcionó un entorno sereno e inspirador para nuestros estudios. Las instalaciones son de primera categoría, con modernas aulas equipadas con la última tecnología, cómodos dormitorios y muchas zonas de recreo. Los estudiantes disfrutaron especialmente de los bien cuidados campos de deportes y de la cafetería del campus, que ofrecía una gran variedad de deliciosas comidas y tentempiés.

We had a wonderful experience and greatly appreciated the quality of the course. The team was really welcoming and competent, meeting all our needs. We had a very good teacher, Aislinne. She was very patient and very good at motivating us students, making the lessons always engaging and fun. Great school! Thank you!

In July, my sixteen-year-old son had a two-week study holiday at ATC Bray, and it was an incredible experience. The teachers were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, and the well-structured program made it easy for him to adjust to his new environment.

My son not only benefited academically but also had a fantastic time in Dublin. The city is vibrant and filled with history and culture, making it an ideal backdrop for a study holiday. The program's balance between classes and leisure activities allowed him to explore the city and interact with students from around the world. This cultural exchange was a valuable experience that broadened his horizons and provided him with a global perspective.

I’ve just finished 3 weeks at Accord and it was really good. As a 17-year-old, I found the course awesome, there were people of all ages and nationalities who I think really enjoyed it too. The lessons are interesting and varied, the teachers kind and funny and I felt that I improved a lot over a short amount of time. The classes are a good size, big enough it feels like you are able to meet new people, but small enough that you are able to practice speaking a lot and have the teacher help you. As well as this, it’s right next to the Eiffel Tower and lots of wonderful restaurants so an amazing part of Paris to be in. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

The school is situated favourably in the centre of Paris and (also due to Corona) the groups are quite small which improves the learning impact. The styles of the teachers are very different, which makes it interesting to change the teacher after one or two weeks, for every teacher supports your abilities in their own way. I did neither participate in the social programme nor in the afternoon courses, only in the morning lessons. Nevertheless, my French improved a lot during these four weeks.
