The overall feel of the place makes you excited to live in the building. Starting from the cosy common area where you can enjoy something delicious from the café, to the study areas, the equipped gym and lastly, the beautifully designed studios. On top of that, I was excited to discover all the partner discounts they have, either on Instagram or in The Stay Club newspaper. With Camden market nearby, I could benefit from amazing experiences at a discounted price. This was a lifesaver, as every penny counts!

The excursions as well as menu were always submitted to the tutors opinion and approval. There was much concern about food, taking into consideration the students' needs, age and tastes. It is known that Italian young people are a little choosy about food, but the operators were able to satisfy them. These three weeks spent in London with Katherine and King's College staff has been constructive not only for the students but for the Filangieri tutors and the College staff as well because we had the chance to compare our cultures, our methods of teaching and doing things, and each of us has grown his experience. What we liked most has been the friendship, the high esteem and respect that has been established between us, which we think and hope will continue in the future.

15 high school students arrived to London from Calabria (Italy) to take part in summer course. Since our arrival Catherine and King's College staff has been kind and willing to help us and made sure that our stay in London was comfortable. On October 27 the students began their English course which consisted of a placement test, four hour lessons from Monday, to Friday, for three weeks, with mother tongue English teachers, a final test and the achievement of a certificate (all the students have reached a 131 level as required by the project). The director and the teachers were competent and oruanized the didactic work very well. The lessons were interesting and the students approached the learning with interest and enthusiasm.

A group of our school children arrived to KKCL, it was a group of 43 children attending our primary school, aged 10 - 18, accompanied by four adults. Most of them visited London for the very first time. They have been accomodated in families that have been very helpful, even with driving the children to school and back. The children spent three days at the KKCL school, three hours a day. In their spare time the children had the opportunity to get to know London and it's surroundings. The KKCL school left nothing to chance and organized everything to the last detail, including the children's night arrival. The local teachers had an entertaining education methods and our children were delighted. They even enjoyed the canteen meals a lot. The children left London with unforgettable experiences and they all hope it was not their last visit to KKCL.
