A study trip visa is issued for 180 days multiple entries. They usually open from the beginning of the month when the departure is planned or from the day the visa officer makes a decision.

1. Questionnaire
You fill out the questionnaire in Russian. The Travel Class specialist creates your visa application based on it. It is important to correctly fill in all the items of the questionnaire. We have tried our best to simplify it for you.

2. Certificate from the school

3. Certificate from the parent's place of work
Enough from one parent. The monthly salary in the certificate must be at least 50% of the price of the trip.
If you are an individual entrepreneur - Certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur
If you are self-employed - Certificate of income based on Professional Income Tax.
4. Certificate from the bank about the balance on the parent's account
The remainder of the certificate must be at least the price of the trip. Request help immediately in English.
The certificate can be obtained from the branch of your bank. Many banks already offer to issue a certificate online through the Internet bank. This option is suitable if there is a seal and signature.
5. Consent to leave from both parents
We recommend that you give consent to leave unaccompanied in order to reduce the risks of the child's non-departure.
Dates in agreement on travel dates with a margin. Many parents immediately give consent until they come of age so that they can be used several times for future trips.
If there is only one parent, then documentary evidence is needed: a dash in the parent column in the birth certificate, a death certificate, a police certificate of the second parent's arrest, and so on. If there is a second parent and is not deprived of parental rights, consent is required.

Features of the UK visa:
1. Mandatory submission of fingerprints. For all applicants over 2 years old. Fingerprints must be resubmitted each time you apply for a visa.
2. You can get fingerprints in Russia in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk.
3. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or teacher.
4. Visa can be applied for 6 months before departure
5. In the high season (April-July), consideration may increase to 5-6 weeks. Plan ahead. It is possible to order a paid service of applying for a visa without a passport, if you are planning flights during the period of consideration of the application. In addition, you can order an urgent processing of documents in 5 working days for 250 pounds.
6. In high season (April-July) there are many hours of queues for biometrics inside the visa center. You can order a paid VIP-filing service if you want to go through the shortened queue.
7. In the high season (April-July) it is up to 4 weeks to register for biometrics. Upload all the documents in advance so that you can quickly write it down. Use the skip-the-line service for 5000 rubles if you want to take biometrics on any day convenient for you.
How is the process of applying for a visa:
1. After registering for the tour, the parent in his personal account sees a list of documents required for a visa
2. Upload scans of documents to the platform.
3. Travel Class specialist draws up a visa application, translates all documents into English and submits to the Embassy. Consideration has begun!
4. With the parent or teacher, the Travel Class specialist will agree on the date of the visit to the visa center for fingerprinting.
5. On the day of biometrics, you leave your passport in the visa. After 2-5 weeks, the passport with the visa can be collected from the same visa center. If you are from another city - order express delivery to you.

What to take with you Visa Application Center:
- Originals of foreign passports, valid and past, which were indicated in the questionnaire
- Printout of files sent by Travel Class specialist

When submitting biometrics:
* Visa fees have already been paid
* The originals of the certificates are not required, you can take them just in case an electronically uploaded copy does not work.
* Mandatory presence of the applicant for the collection of fingerprints.
* Be punctual: for a delay of more than 10 minutes, the visa center will charge a fine of 5000 rubles.
* Feeding may take up to 3 hours
* When submitting, you can order the return delivery of your passport by courier to your home / office (900-2500 rubles).
How to collect your passport with a visa:
Travel Class managers check the readiness of the documents. Consideration 2-5 weeks depending on the workload of the visa center. When your documents are reviewed, you can get it at the same visa center from 9 am to 4 pm on weekdays. Visa centers work according to a non-standard schedule: they often rest not only on Russian holidays, but also on British bank holidays.
