All buildings are heated. There is a place for drying clothes in the camp.
Excursion program (conducted according to the regulations of Rospotrebnadzor):
Myshkin (1777)
The city-museum of the Russian province, which has preserved the old buildings of the merchant city and a special provincial way of life. Myshkin pilots and merchants were known throughout the great Volga River. The famous Myshkinsky fairs were held here. Myshkin merchants bought large volumes of eggs, grain, vegetable oil along the Volga and sold them in St. Petersburg. Myshkin is famous for its blacksmiths and potters. Myshkin craftsmen used birch beads to make furniture for royal residences. Today Myshkin is the center of Russian crafts. Located on the left bank of the Volga, 15 minutes from the camp.
Uglich (937)
The old Russian town of Uglich stands on the Volga River, just in that picturesque place where it makes a steep break. The history of Uglich is inextricably linked with the Time of Troubles.
The city has become the arena of epoch-making events in the history of the Russian state. On May 15, 1591, in the Uglich Kremlin, under mysterious circumstances, the last offspring of the ruling Rurik dynasty, Tsarevich Dmitry, the son of Ivan the Terrible, died. Here, with the death of Tsarevich Dmitry, the Rurik dynasty ended, and here the Romanov dynasty began: the Uglian noblewoman Ksenia Shestova, the mother of the first tsar of the dynasty Mikhail.
Yaroslavl (1010)
Yaroslavl emerged as the first Christian city on the Volga in 1010. Since the 13th century, the center of the Volga trade routes, business relations have been established with the countries of the East and West, especially with Scandinavia and Great Britain. Yaroslavl became the center of transit trade; goods from Northern Europe and the East were transported through the region along the Volga-Caspian route. Yaroslavl is a city of temples with the largest number of churches and cathedrals of the 16-17 centuries.
