How to be listed on Travelclass.org

  1. Register here. Sign up with an e-mail which is actively used to process bookings.
  2. Add your School / Camp /

We ask very detailed profile for each provider, so it may take 25-35 minutes for the first time.

Upload information in English.

Select best-selling photos that show your advantages. While looking, people should wish to come to your program. Upload only photos you have the right to use.

Try to maximise your description and be precise and unique. People should choose you from so many options.

2. Add programs

Define whether you can accept only groups (5 and more participants), only individuals or both.

Set the nett or gross price per week or

Per session when your package price, for example, for fix 3-week summer course and a student can't book  2 or 4 weeks

Per tour when the program is not a multiple of a week

"Retail price for today" is calculated by the platform and shows you what price clients will see if book today.

It is an indicative price to show you how competitive your offer is.

You receive payment from Travel Class based on a nett invoice issued by a school.

Sometimes students ask to pay directly to the institution, and we try to be flexible.

The retail price of the platform for groups is calculated using the formula:

+ Your nett price

+ Travel Class commission

+ surcharge for GL

+ GL bonus

+ fees for currency conversions.

Each teacher sets the travel bonus so everyone can get their price for the tour.

When your program is sold out, tick the box  Stop Sale, and then your program will be deactivated for further bookings to evade overbooking.

If you chose the price per week or tour, please also specify the week's check-in (arrival) and check-out (departure) days if applicable.  For example, tick Arrival and Departure on Sundays only.

Start program descriptions by catching 3-4 sentences and then make a dotted list of what is included.

Please be very specific about what is included in the published price. That is precisely what the client can ask you for.

Specify course intensity (hours per week), lessons schedule (Monday-Friday), what activities are included and extras such as certificates, textbooks etc.

If you have different package prices depending on different accommodation options or course types, make a copy of your program for each option: single standard room, single en-suite or Summer program and Summer program with extra excursions if applicable.

Teachers and parents like to compare the program by its daily schedule. Show that your program is complete, engaging and exciting.

Congratulations! You are listed!

Our editor will check your publication and contact you for more information.
