Rugby Academy
Coaching by professional coaches will focus on all aspects of the game and may include tackling, making contact, ball-handling skills, and performing under pressure. Coaching methods will depend on the age of the students. Sessions will be conducted in English and will include key vocabulary for the game.
Includes:
- 15 hours of English per week
- 12 hours of professional rugby coaching
- 1 full-day excursion (per week)
- 1 half-day excursion (per week)
- Ardmore Rugby top

Description
