Welcome to our General English Course!
Our course is designed to help you improve your language skills, with lessons taking place from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 11:45. Each morning, you'll participate in three lessons focused on different areas of language learning: grammar and language work, reading and listening, or communicative activities and speaking practice. Our goal is to provide you with the vocabulary and grammar necessary for effective communication, with a particular emphasis on enhancing your speaking and listening skills. Through our course, we aim to strengthen your communication abilities and help you overcome any speaking inhibitions you may have.
We cater to all levels of proficiency, including Elementary (A1), Pre-Intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1), Upper intermediate (B2), and Advanced (C1). The course duration is a minimum of one week.
INTENSIVE ENGLISH COURSE

The Intensive Course consists of the General English Course plus an additional lesson per day (11:45 -12:30) which focuses on a fourth area of language learning: Project-based lesson which emphasis on writing skills.

Excursions are a part of our programme and included in the price. During your first week you have one half-day trip included. If you stay more than one week you will have one additional half-day excursion and one full day trip per additional week.
Each trip consists of a guided tour of the area with some interesting background information and stops at the nicest photo locations. Our supervisors will not only tell you more about the city but also where the coolest shops and cafés are, because after the guided tour you will have some free time with your friends for shopping and discovering on your own! The amount of free time allowed depends on the students’ age. We reserve the right to organise excursions by public transport.

The 130,000 inhabitants city Exeter is one of the busiest cities in the south of England with a historic but still lively city centre, a magnificent 13th-century cathedral, great shopping facilities and an award-winning university.
Close to the beautiful Devon coast and the World Heritage Jurassic Coast Exeter is the perfect location for a memorable experience. Exeter University has been named as The Times and The Sunday Times Sports University of the Year 2013. Its modern equipment offers many possibilities for fun-filled activities.

Residence
Residence Live and socialise with your fellow students from many different countries on campus! We use several residential houses at Birks Grange on the Streatham campus. You can either stay in standard single rooms with shared toilet and shower facilities as well as in en-suite single rooms.
Our supervisors live in the Residence and are available for any inquiries. On-campus a launderette with coin-operated washing and drying machines help to ensure that your stay is comfortable.
You’ll get full board accommodation that includes breakfast, warm lunch and dinner. All meals are taken in the self-service school refectory. We cater for vegetarians and special diets e.g. gluten free, lactose free and halal. Please advise at least 14 days prior arrival about any special diet.
Our Supervision Concept Your safety and welfare are very important to us, therefore our supervision concept for students in our Summer Language Holidays Programme is based on a compulsory activity programme during afternoons and evenings seven days a week. The cornerstone of this programme are the daily „Time to Talk“ meetings.
Our staff ratio on campus for the age group 13-17 years is 1:15, however supervision groups during activities on or off campus will have different ratios of up 25 students for 13-17 years old depending on the situation.

Cancellation policy
If canceled at least two weeks in advance, you will be refunded the amount paid except for:
- Travel Class services for booking 55 EUR;
- ticket refunds are made according to the airline's rules (unless otherwise requested, tickets are purchased by default at the most favorable, usually non-refundable fare).
If canceled less than two weeks before the start of the program, additionally will be taken:
- the first week of the Program at the School;
- additional services (medical insurance, meeting at the airport, additional excursions), if they have already been ordered.
The price is fixed
The price is fixed in the currency of the country of study. For example, Great Britain - pounds sterling, Ireland - euro.
Payment is made in rubles at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
After full payment has been made, the price does not change regardless of the exchange rate
If you make a prepayment first, then the payment will be calculated at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
How is the transfer to school arranged?
1. Parents check in their child for the flight. Airlines usually allow independent flights from the age of 12. You can order an escort service for a minor (100-150 euros) so that an airport employee accompanies the child at the airport.
2. If you book a transfer, the child will be met at the airport by a school representative with a sign with the student's name.
Is the flight ticket included in the price?
Yes, flight tickets from Spain and Italy are included.
